Ricardo Herrera was born in Panama and arrived in the United States in 1998, at the age of 22, with 20 dollars in his pocket. He worked three jobs while he began to build his future.
Today, he is the founder of Roofed Right America LLC, a commercial roofing company that operates in seven states and employs more than 545 people. He has also promoted businesses in Panama that generate more than 50 jobs and which today make up RH y Asociados S.A.
In 2023, he partnered with Great Range Capital to support the expansion of Roofed Right America. His journey reflects resilience, a willingness to learn from experience, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.

An integrated group
To strengthen the operation, Distribuidora Amador S.A. was born, which centralizes the purchase of dry goods and liquors in closed containers for the group's four establishments. By concentrating the volume, it obtains better commercial conditions, bonuses, and supplier benefits, which translate into promotions and a lower supply cost.
With Roofed Right Panama, the experience of more than two decades reaches the local market, with construction services and commercial roofs of high standards, competitive prices, and real guarantees. And with Panamerican Sea Land Corporation, the group connects the Panamanian supply of seafood products, from the Pacific and the Atlantic, with buyers in the United States, the Bahamas, and other markets.

Ricardo Herrera leads RH y Asociados S.A. with a strategic vision that integrates gastronomy, entertainment, events, construction, distribution, and international trade of seafood products. The result is a diversified portfolio of eight businesses, with presence and projection in Panama and the United States.
The beginnings: construction and quality of execution
It all started in 2002, with Roofed Right, in the roofing industry in the United States. From its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the company specialized in the development, repair, maintenance, and waterproofing of commercial and industrial roofs, in addition to other construction activities.
That trajectory left a technical and operational foundation oriented towards the durability of systems, the protection of facilities, and the quality of execution. Today, Roofed Right America offers specialized services for the installation, repair, replacement, inspection, and maintenance of commercial roofs, backed by workmanship warranties and professional standards.
A story of friendship: the Diva family is born
In 2023, from a story of love, friendship, and loyalty, Diva Sport Bar was born in Plaza Los Portales, Calle 50. Its name honors Adriana Bermúdez, “the Diva,” who shared a 38-year friendship with Ricardo. It was she who asked him to create a fun place where people could gather, enjoy, and celebrate in her name.
On December 28, 2024, Diva Tropical Lounge opened in Downtown Amador, the second establishment of the Diva family. It is a space for adults with gastronomy, live performances, and national and international artists. Since then, the memory of Adriana is the inspiration for the Diva brand and every space that bears her name.
What's next
Diva Experience S.A. is planned for 2027 in Downtown Amador, in the space of the former zipline. The proposal is to transform the 18-meter tower into an elevated viewpoint, with a view of the Amador sunsets, the transit of ships at the entrance of the Canal, and the Bridge of the Americas, for birthdays, meetings, and private celebrations. All this is subject to design and authorizations.
