Diva Sport Bar was born from a story of love, friendship, and loyalty. Its name honors Adriana Bermúdez, affectionately known as “the Diva,” who shared a 38-year friendship with Ricardo Herrera.
She asked him to create a fun place where people could gather, enjoy themselves, and celebrate in her name. From that wish, Diva Sport Bar was born in 2023, in Plaza Los Portales, Calle 50. The establishment brings together sports, gastronomy, and entertainment in a space to share among friends.
Her memory remains the inspiration for the Diva brand and the new spaces that bear her name.

Diva Tropical Lounge

Diva Tropical Lounge opened its doors on December 28, 2024, in Downtown Amador, as the second establishment of the Diva family and a tribute to the memory of Adriana Bermúdez.
Its proposal combines gastronomy and entertainment in a varied, safe, and fun environment for an adult audience. It offers an experience to share, celebrate, and enjoy live performances and national and international artists.
It continues the purpose that gave rise to the brand: to create places where joy, friendship, and good times are the protagonists.
La Bendición VIP Amador

La Bendición VIP Amador combines a seafood gastronomic proposal with the atmosphere of Downtown Amador, offering an experience to share with family and friends at affordable prices.
The establishment occupies the former premises of Fulos Sport Bar, a business in which Ricardo Herrera owned 50%. In December 2025, he acquired the entire operation and the franchise of La Bendición, a brand with a presence in several establishments and recognized for its seafood offering.
From that transformation, La Bendición VIP Amador was born, with its own identity within the group and a proposal that brings together good food, service, and an environment to enjoy.
Rooftop Amador

Rooftop Amador is an event space located on the second floor above Diva Tropical Lounge, in Downtown Amador.
The venue, formerly known as Paraíso, was acquired by Ricardo Herrera in December 2025 to transform it into a hall where each client can shape their own celebration.
Its proposal allows for organizing corporate events, Christmas parties, weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and private meetings, adapting the space to the concept and needs of each occasion.

Panamerican Sea Land Corporation is dedicated to the export of seafood products from Panama to international markets, including the United States and the Bahamas.
The company leverages Panama's location and its access to the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans to market a wide variety of marine products.
Its model seeks to connect Panamanian supply with international buyers, identifying supply opportunities and competitive purchasing conditions to meet the demand of other markets.

Roofed Right Panama was born as an extension of Roofed Right America, a company founded by Ricardo Herrera in the United States in 2002, with its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The American company is dedicated to commercial roofing and other construction activities, in addition to acquiring companies in the sector in different parts of the United States.
Now based in Panama, Ricardo Herrera is promoting Roofed Right Panama to offer the local market construction and commercial roofing services with high quality standards, competitive prices, and real guarantees. His proposal seeks to bring to the country the experience and commitment to service developed in the US market.

Diva Experience S.A.

Diva Experience S.A. is a tourism and entertainment project scheduled for 2027 in Downtown Amador, in the space previously occupied by the zipline.
The proposal contemplates transforming the preserved 18-meter-high tower into an elevated viewpoint with an approximate capacity for between 50 and 60 people, subject to design and corresponding authorizations.
The concept will allow you to enjoy the sunsets of Amador, observe the transit of ships at the entrance of the Panama Canal, and contemplate the Bridge of the Americas from a special perspective.
The space is designed for birthdays, meetings, and private celebrations, creating a new experience within the Diva family.

Distribuidora Amador S.A. centralizes the purchasing and supply of dry goods and spirits in closed containers for the group's four establishments, located in different areas of Panama City.
Its model consists of buying wholesale and supplying the locations at more competitive prices. By concentrating purchasing volume, it obtains better commercial terms, bonuses, and supplier benefits that contribute to promotions and reduce the total cost of monthly supply.
